On behalf of our client, Vegamour , we are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to join their growing Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast‑scaling, purpose‑driven beauty company recognised globally for its clean, wellness‑based approach to hair and scalp care. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations, particularly in accounts payable and cash reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and process invoices, matching them to purchase orders and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records for audit and compliance. Liaise directly with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Track and match daily cash transactions in the ERP system. Complete monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. Support month‑end processes including light journal entries. Collaborate with the broader finance team to drive process improvement initiatives. Skills and Experience 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. Understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills . Outstanding English written and verbal communication – essential for working across global teams and with external vendors. High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving ability. Adaptable and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
