Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Summary: The Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial resources and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of end-to-end financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
  • Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations
  • Handle taxation matters, including filing, reporting, and liaising with relevant government agencies
  • Oversee the business permit renewal process and ensure timely submission of required documentation
  • Manage financial records and transactions across multiple companies, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed
  • Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy (BS Accountancy)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in handling financial operations for multiple entities
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
