Key Responsibilities

Financial Assessment & Audit

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and operational reviews to understand key revenue and cost drivers.
  • Perform a thorough data audit of existing records to identify gaps in data needed for financial statements (IS, BS, CF).
  • Design and implement SOPs and templates for efficient and accurate data gathering and collection.
  • Structure a functional Chart of Accounts (CoA) and draft a preliminary Income Statement.

Financial Statement Creation & Control

  • Build complete and accurate Balance Sheets (BS) and Cash Flow Statements (CFS).
  • Propose and implement essential internal financial controls (e.g., approval matrices).
  • Evaluate and recommend necessary system/software improvements for financial tracking and reporting.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform in-depth ratio analysis (Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency, Activity) to diagnose financial health.
  • Consolidate all financial statements and analyses into a final diagnostic report.
  • Present a comprehensive financial health assessment and strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on process establishment and financial statement preparation.
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.
  • Exceptional diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
