About Us

Rush Travel LLC is a U.S.-registered travel agency specializing in premium and business-class airfare. We are expanding our Philippines-based remote team and are looking for skilled and motivated travel consultants to join our growing company.

About the Role

As part of our reservations team, you will help clients plan and book international business-class flights and provide exceptional service from inquiry to ticketing. You will be working closely with our U.S. operations team and using professional travel systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services using GDS or approved platforms.
  • Advise clients on airlines, routes, and premium fare options.
  • Manage reissues, exchanges, and cancellations accurately.
  • Deliver high-quality service through phone, email, or chat.
  • Achieve individual sales and service targets.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Agent or in an airline/ticketing position.
  • Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS systems is required.
  • Excellent English communication and customer-service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
