This is a work-from-home position where you'll support an executive by:

  • Doing travel research and planning trips (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Helping with social media posting (writing captions, posting updates, and managing schedules)
  • Handling admin and executive assistant tasks to keep things organized and running smoothly

The primary tasks for this job position will be:

Content Research & Coordination:

  • Conduct in-depth research on hotels, destinations, and activities, including reviews, ratings, and traveler feedback.
  • Gather inspiration and creative references for video and photo content.
  • Research potential collaboration opportunities with local businesses, creators, or brands.
  • Compile findings into organized summaries and visual references for easy client review.

Communications Management:

  • Repurpose existing content across platforms while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Coordinate with the client or creative team for content updates, uploads, and scheduling.
  • Support organization of content assets (images, videos, captions, analytics) for ongoing use.

Travel & Event Coordination:

  • Research and book travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Plan and track upcoming events, meetups, and activities relevant to the client's goals.
  • Prepare travel itineraries with detailed notes on schedules, local contacts, and backup options.
  • Anticipate client needs and ensure smooth coordination of all travel-related details

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update shared documents, trackers, and tools related to travel and content projects.
  • Coordinate with external contacts, vendors, or service providers as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of all assigned tasks and deliverables.

Basic Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

  • College Level or Higher
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Travel/Content Support role.
  • Experience managing digital communications through email and social media platforms.
  • Background in travel planning and logistics coordination, including flights, accommodations, and event scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in using online research tools, productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.), and collaboration apps.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic client needs and changing schedules.

Salary Range is: [Php30,000-33,000] per month (depending on experience)
