We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to handle lead qualification, appointment setting, and prospect outreach. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and skilled at converting inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cold calls and follow provided scripts to qualify prospects
  • Set appointments and manage leads from multiple sources, including Zillow and PropStream
  • Handle inbound and social media inquiries, turning them into potential client opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Nurture past leads and follow up on open opportunities
  • Update lead details and progress in Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with clients on additional marketing and e-commerce tasks, including:
  • Uploading designs to Printify and Etsy
  • Editing and submitting shirt designs for review (templates provided)

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in phone sales or lead generation
  • Proficient with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and workflow automation (n8n preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Etsy preferred)
  • Experience with PropStream or Section 8 Pro is a plus
  • Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage
