About the role

Seeking an experienced and talented Private Chef to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Private Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and serving delicious, high-quality meals for our clients and their guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan daily/weekly menus, taking into account client preferences, dietary requirements and seasonal availability of ingredients
  • Expertly prepare a variety of gourmet meals, including appetisers, main courses and desserts
  • Source high-quality, fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers
  • Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked, organised and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety
  • Provide exceptional table service and a premium dining experience for clients and guests
  • Collaborate with event planners to cater private functions, parties and other special events
  • Stay up-to-date with latest culinary trends and techniques

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Private Chef or in a similar high-end catering role
  • Formal culinary training and a recognised chef's qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, ingredients and cooking methods
  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and the ability to work discreetly
  • Passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience
