Job Summary

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Aide to support our chefs and bakers in daily production. You'll help with preparation, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the kitchen's smooth workflow. Ideal for someone who loves being in a kitchen environment and wants to learn more about baking and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing ingredients (measuring, peeling, chopping, portioning, mixing).
  • Help in plating or packing finished products (cakes, tarts, pastries, quiches).
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, utensils, and equipment.
  • Wash dishes, trays, and baking tools as needed.
  • Organize storage areas, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen hygiene.
  • Support the chef/baker during busy hours and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (not required).
  • Willing to be trained in a bakery setting.
  • Physically fit; able to lift up to 10 kg and stand for long hours.
  • Must practice cleanliness, good hygiene, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
  • Honest, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Team player and has a positive working attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic kitchen knowledge (handling knives, mixing, measuring).
  • Food safety awareness.
  • Familiarity with kitchen or bakery tools (mixers, ovens, trays, etc.).
  • Basic communication in Filipino and English.

  • Location: Mandaluyong City
  • Schedule: Full-time; early morning shift (e.g., 6 AM–4 PM), TBD
