Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate F&B Manager to lead a team in a large and diverse operation. The position will ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Key accountabilities

​​Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar's marketing and promotion strategiesEnsuring the budget is in line with brand expectationsEnsuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre. Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.

General Requirements

With minimum Banquet experience of at least 5 yearsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industryStrong experience in food and beverage operationsAbility to design creative and innovative promotionsAbility to influence and communicate effectively with the team
