As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient and smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs, including regular stock takes and vendor negotiations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, including regular training for staff and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and special events to attract and retain customers, working closely with the marketing team to increase visibility and sales.
  • Organize and oversee special events, private functions, and catering services, from planning and budgeting to execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and other performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement ongoing training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring high levels of performance and service.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer service strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and drive repeat business.
  • Perform other related task and duties assigned by the management.
