We are seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience to support the backend infrastructure of our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing structured data (product listings, pricing, catalogues), maintaining website content, and assisting in optimizing marketing workflows in coordination with the Business Intelligence (BI) team.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data handling, validation)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience managing structured marketing data (SKUs, pricing, product listings)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles (on-page optimization, metadata, URL structure)
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
  • Familiarity with workflow or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills to track multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and execution reliability
  • Comfortable collaborating across technical and marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • SEO-related certifications (e.g., Google SEO, HubSpot, Moz) are a plus

Duties/Tasks to Perform:

  • Support the preparation and management of product catalogues for twice-monthly marketing campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and update website banners, product listings, and article uploads (content provided and approved by relevant teams)
  • Responsible for asset management
  • Apply basic SEO best practices when updating product pages and web content
  • Collaborate with the BI team to optimize marketing tools and internal workflows
  • Ensure structured content across platforms is accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor tagging readiness and support analytics setup with guidance from BI
  • Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities for routine tasks
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for processes and execution schedules
