Job Description:
The Affiliate Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the agency's newly established Affiliate Management team, tasked with driving innovative affiliate marketing strategies. This role will focus on leading efforts across major e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. The Analyst will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of commission structures for both open and targeted campaigns, while also building strong partnerships with content creators, multi-channel networks (MCNs), and other external collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Open and Targeted SKU Plan Management
- Collaborate with the media team to design and execute product commission rate strategies for storewide and targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet brand objectives, considering factors such as seasonality, tactical campaigns, and other commercial priorities.
- Ensure the smooth rollout and performance of campaigns across e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
2. Affiliate Management
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships, both at the product/assortment level and with individual affiliates.
- Identify and activate content creators and MCNs to expand affiliate reach and align efforts with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide clear briefs to creators, ensuring outputs reflect brand messaging and goals.
- Manage commission structures and evaluate affiliate performance, ensuring quality and effectiveness in campaigns.
- Support the development of a scalable affiliate partner network to drive future growth.
3. Performance Reporting and Analytics
- Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights on affiliate marketing activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with Management, Media, and Business Intelligence & Tech teams to create and maintain dashboards tailored to client-specific needs.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Stay informed on the latest affiliate marketing trends to ensure innovative collaboration with brands and affiliates.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates and career shifters with strong potential are welcome to apply).
Skills & Expertise:
- A strong interest in and understanding of affiliate marketing and e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including creators and MCNs.
- A collaborative team player capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (preferred).
