About the Role

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Analyst and turn data into strategy. You'll design dashboards, interpret marketing performance, and help decision-makers across departments understand what drives growth.

What You'll Need to Excel

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Open to candidates with 5-10 years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Experience in dashboard creation using Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
  • Proven ability to balance technical expertise with storytelling - turning data into actionable insights
  • Strong presentation skills, able to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup during EST hours
  • (Preferred) Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • (Preferred) Exposure to Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and automation tools

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Dashboards & Reporting: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track campaigns, leads, and pipeline performance.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure marketing data remains clean and reliable while collaborating with engineering on Snowflake/dbt pipelines.
  • Analytics & Insights: Evaluate campaign effectiveness across digital, email, and events, sharing clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to showcase marketing's contribution across the funnel.
