Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Database Analyst is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, synchronization, and efficiency across marketing and CRM systems. This role supports reporting, lead lifecycle tracking, and process improvements that enhance automation, compliance, and campaign performance. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the synchronization and overall health of data between marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency across platforms.
  • Generate and interpret reports on system performance, lead lifecycle, and campaign attribution to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing and refining lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and lifecycle tracking processes.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collaborate on automation workflows, campaign execution, database imports, and continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations.
  • Support ongoing optimization of the marketing technology stack to improve scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo (certification preferred) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, attribution models, and B2B pipeline metrics.
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene, segmentation, and lead management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
