Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support the smooth operation of our online fulfillment process. This role will focus on processing orders, coordinating with logistics couriers, handling returns and damages, and filing claims and disputes. The position ensures all fulfillment activities are carried out in line with e-commerce platform standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders, ensuring the fulfillment within platform deadlines and cutoffs
  • Coordinate with logistics couriers for order pickup, delivery scheduling, and resolution of shipment issues
  • Monitor and process return and damaged orders in compliance with platform policies
  • File claims and disputes with platforms and couriers, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
  • Track and follow up on claim and dispute statuses until resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of returns, claims, and courier communications for audit and reporting purposes
  • Prepare regular fulfillment and exception reports for management review
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting timely, accurate, and smooth order fulfillment operations

Standards for this Position:

  • Accuracy: All fulfillment details, return processing, and claims documentation must be precise and error-free
  • Timeliness: Orders, returns, and claims must be processed within platform-defined deadlines to avoid penalties or cancellations
  • Compliance: Strict adherence to e-commerce platform rules, courier guidelines, and company policies
  • Communication: Clear and professional coordination with couriers, platforms, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Documentation: Proper filing and updating of all records to ensure audit readiness and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or administrative support (experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc. is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and online order management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
