Job Description

A detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This role supports smooth operation of our online fulfillment process. It focuses on processing orders, coordinating with logistics couriers, handling returns and damages, and filing claims and disputes. The position ensures all fulfillment activities are carried out in line with e-commerce platform standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or administrative support (experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc. is an advantage)
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and online order management systems
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when needed
  • Can start ASAP

Additional Information

  • Salary depends on work experience
  • Assigned at Binondo Office/Warehouse (near Divisoria Mall)
