Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the operations, warehouse control, administration and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Lead the operations through its implementation of rules specific to standards at maximum effect Supervise proper implementation of SOPs and GWPs on a daily basis
  • Represent the corporation in external affairs regarding operations and its improvement
  • Supervise daily operations, from inbound of stocks to dispatching of orders  Facilitate proper dissemination of information on operation-related systems
  • Oversees order fulfillment, makes sure that orders per account gets served
  • Monitor account's inventory daily management
  • Monitors accounts' shipment status, including transactions under returned orders, claims, and other financial needs in operations

Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken; bilingual preferred.
  • Excellent Computer & Technology Skills with a focus on Windows Operating Systems (7 or higher) and all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong internet research skills..
  • Ability to work across multiple departments
  • Requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
