We're looking for a proactive and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to help drive the growth of our digital storefront in the wellness and medical-grade supplement space. This role goes beyond day-to-day e-commerce management—you'll play a key part in sourcing products, managing vendor relationships, and helping expand our offerings in categories such as weight loss, peptides, NAD+, and other high-demand wellness treatments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product pages, drive conversions, and manage subscription offerings
  • Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory guidelines and shipping compliance standards
  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to inform future strategy
  • Work closely with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth, on-time order processing and delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce operations or customer support (healthcare or wellness background is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order management systems, and e-commerce tools
  • Available to work in US time zones and weekend schedules
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
