About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Website Coordinator to take full ownership of our Shopify store's day-to-day operations. This person will ensure our online shop runs smoothly, stays up-to-date, and delivers a seamless experience for our customers.

This is not a technical role—no coding skills are required—but you should be comfortable working with Shopify's backend, coordinating with third-party providers, and handling basic content updates.

Key Responsibilities

·       Product Management: Add new products, update product information (descriptions, images, pricing), and remove discontinued items.

·       Order Fulfillment Support: Coordinate with our third-party shipping provider to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

·       Promotions & Marketing Assets: Create and upload banners, graphics, and other promotional content for sales and special events.

·       Discount & Coupon Management: Set up discount codes and promotional offers in Shopify.

·       Store Maintenance: Keep collections, categories, and homepage content fresh and aligned with business goals.

·       Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports to shop owners on key metrics such as sales, best-selling products, customer feedback, and website performance.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with the business owners to implement campaigns and new ideas.

Requirements

·       Experience using Shopify.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·       Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) for banners and visuals.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

·       Reliable internet connection and comfort working remotely.

Nice to Have

·       Familiarity with e-commerce best practices.

·       Interest in digital marketing and sales campaigns.

·       Previous experience in a similar role.
