THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a modern, style-driven menswear brand known for its commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and classic tailoring with a contemporary edge. They cultivate a collaborative and energetic work culture where confident communication and a can-do attitude are valued.

To support their e-commerce growth and marketplace operations, they are looking for a detail-oriented
E-Commerce Coordinator
to join their team. This role will play a key part in enriching and managing product content, coordinating logistics, and maintaining the performance of various digital channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is a full-time role aligned with Australian business hours (
6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT
) and requires on-site work at our BGC office for the first 3–6 months. A
hybrid setup
may be offered based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations Support

  • Enrich and manage product listings and promotions on AU, INTL websites, and third-party marketplaces (e.g., David Jones, Myer).
  • Upload and maintain content in Shopify, including banners, landing pages, and manuals.
  • Oversee campaign assets and product photography via Cloudinary.
  • Manage product descriptions, "Complete the Look" features, and metadata (SEO) using AI tools.

Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouses for daily order fulfillment and packaging requirements.
  • Liaise with logistics providers (StarTrack, AusPost, FedEx) to troubleshoot order and delivery issues.
  • Monitor and set up pre-orders and track stock arrivals to ensure product availability.

Customer Support & Site Maintenance

  • Work closely with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Conduct daily site checks to ensure all content and technical elements are accurate and functioning correctly.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
