About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our Sales Department. The role is based in our hotel and serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and partners. The Receptionist will provide administrative support to the Sales team and ensure smooth daily operations in the office and front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Department (e.g., encoding data, preparing documents, scheduling meetings).
- Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence for the Sales team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
- Receive and distribute documents, letters, and packages.
- Ensure the reception area and sales office are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about hotel services and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or HR Department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or administrative role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willing to be assigned at the hotel's Sales Department.
- Amenable to work on weekends or holidays, if required.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
