Administrative Support & Documentation

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure organized, accessible records
  • Encode and organize sales invoices, purchase receipts, and delivery documentation
  • Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld) for sales and purchases
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and track task completion against timelines
  • Assist in creating and updating recipe cards, inventory lists, and departmental documentation
  • Update marketing collaterals (e.g., menus, signages) using Canva when needed

Inventory & Procurement Coordination

  • Monitor inventory and stock movement across branches
  • Coordinate ad hoc purchasing tasks and prepare related documentation
  • Schedule dispatch of the company driver for inter-branch or supplier transactions
  • Track and encode tips and service charge records
  • Assist in submitting purchase requests and maintaining vendor contact lists

Sales Encoding & E-commerce Support

  • Manage Shopify back office (e.g., product uploads, availability updates)
  • Process and fulfill B2B orders; coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams
  • Monitor B2B payments and conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding balances

Maintenance & Compliance

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for store equipment
  • Secure work permits and delivery permits from building management when necessary
  • Track government and compliance documents (e.g., BIR, DTI, LGU)
  • Assist in scheduling pest control, fire safety, aircon servicing, and similar

HR & Staffing Support

  • Record and maintain employee 201 files and other HR documents
  • Assist in screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
  • Encode and process employee timesheets and attendance summaries
  • Submit training and evaluation forms to HR

Private Dining & Event Coordination

  • Handle and confirm regular and private dining reservations
  • Coordinate with FOH, Kitchen, and leadership teams for PD order fulfillment
  • Maintain an updated events calendar and event-related documentation
  • Prepare basic table layout guides, checklists, and printed event materials
  • Ensure all special requests are clearly relayed to all relevant departments

Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, website, and social platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
  • Acknowledge and help resolve customer issues through service recovery and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
