About the Role

DC Home Addition Contractor seeks a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and resourceful Senior Virtual Office Admin Assistant to provide top-level administrative and executive support.

  • You must have proven experience in virtual administrative work, preferably with U.S.-based firms.
  • You must be able to work U.S. Standard Time (10 AM – 6 PM EST) consistently, without exceptions.
  • You must provide 2–3 professional references from past recent employers, managers, or supervisors (mandatory).

This is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills, a neutral American accent, and the ability to work with professionalism and discretion at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting executives, managing complex schedules, handling sensitive information, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize virtual and in-person events.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence with accuracy and attention to tone.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with minimal guidance.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members across multiple time zones.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and streamline daily operations.
  • Oversee task follow-ups, deadlines, and project tracking to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support in a professional, polished, and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Admin Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (American accent required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong professional presence, problem-solving mindset, and client-facing communication skills.
