Our client is a fast-scaling venture in the optical fibre connectivity space, engineering and distributing a portfolio of connectorised fibre products including pre-terminated trunk cables, patch cords, fanouts, and MPO/MTP assemblies. With a regional launch underway across Australia and imminent expansion into Europe and the Americas, the company is positioned to support hyperscale network builds and last-mile connectivity with modular, high-performance fibre solutions.
Role: Inside Sales Representative (Full Time – Remote)
We're seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative to support inbound and outbound sales activity across targeted market verticals. This is a full-time based, fully remote role with significant earnings upside linked directly to revenue outcomes. The role includes a base salary, health cover, and a computer will be provided.
The role will deal with Australian clients, and a clear accent with high level english skills will be required. The role will be required to work Australian hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound lead qualification across infrastructure providers, telcos, integrators, and resellers using structured outreach campaigns via phone and digital channels.
- Manage and expand accounts by positioning technically compliant, value-engineered fibre connectivity solutions aligned to client build and rollout cycles.
- Work closely with engineering, product and marketing teams to co-develop proposals, including BOMs and pricing for patch cords, high-fibre-count MPO trunks, fibre-optic cable assemblies and related passive components.
- Execute and refine sales motions that increase close rates and compress the deal cycle—particularly for build-and-buy clients requiring rapid scale.
- Maintain CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy to support production and fulfilment alignment.
About You
- Proven experience in technical B2B inside sales or sales development roles—preferably within optical fibre, structured cabling, data centre hardware, or industrial connectivity environments.
- Familiarity with products such as single-mode and multimode patch leads (LC, SC, MPO), fibre distribution units, splicing enclosures, and associated cabling hardware.
- Strong ability to understand customer specifications (e.g., G.657.A1 fibre, OM3/OM4 compatibility, CPR-rated indoor cables) and match solutions accordingly.
- Able to interpret network designs or scopes of work and assist in shaping the offer from a product and commercial standpoint.
- Fluent communicator with a disciplined, self-motivated approach. Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent commercial experience.
Compensation
- Target base: PHP 20,000/month.
- Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly based on sales revenue.
- On-target earnings (OTE): PHP 60,000/month is readily achievable and completely uncapped.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php700,000.00 per month
