Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with American or Neutral Accent Required
  • Full-time (32 hours/week 4 days/week), Friday-Sunday required and either Thursday or Monday as 4th day
  • Looking to work with us for an extended period of time
  • Able to work Central Time Zone (UTC –6) day time hours
  • Mass Communications Graduates a Plus
  • Positive & Uplifting Attitude
  • Tech Savvy
  • Responsive to messages and phone calls.
  • Friendly and professional customer service.
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask
  • Prefer at least 2-5 years of night shift experience
  • Prior customer interactions with Americans a plus whether in a Call Center environment or in another setting

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Answer phone calls and messages from customers
  • Manage customer database
  • Basic internet research

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting rate ~27,000/month during 1-3 month trial/training period and ~30,000/month once a permanent, full-time employee
  • 7 paid holidays, 2 sick days/year
  • 13-month bonus
  • Eligible for additional performance related bonuses
  • Opportunity for promotions
