As our team expands, we are seeking an experienced Home Healthcare Administrator based in the Philippines with a nursing background and strong clinical and operational understanding of U.S. home health regulations.
Position Overview:
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and clinically knowledgeable professional who can effectively manage administrative, operational, and clinical coordination tasks from a remote setting. You will work closely with the Los Angeles-based leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with Medicare and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily home health operations remotely, ensuring compliance with Medicare, state, and agency requirements.
Review and coordinate OASIS assessments, clinical documentation, and care plans.
Communicate with field clinicians (RNs, LVNs, PTs, OTs, STs, HHAs) to ensure accurate charting and timely submissions.
Assist in intake coordination, verifying orders, and confirming physician documentation.
Conduct remote quality assurance checks on clinical records and assist in performance tracking.
Prepare reports for management regarding patient status, documentation timelines, and clinical compliance.
Support the U.S. administrative and QA teams with communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) (Philippines) — with solid clinical experience (home health or hospital background).
Minimum 2–3 years of U.S. home health administrative or QA experience preferred.
Familiarity with OASIS, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and clinical documentation standards.
Experience using EMR systems (e.g., Kinnser, Axxess, WellSky, or similar).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of home health operations and workflow.
Ability to interpret and monitor clinical reports, documentation, and compliance issues.
Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. Pacific business hours.
