As a Health Advocate, you'll step into the paws of a lovable dog or cat avatar that lives on a smart device in someone's home or hospital room. You'll provide companionship, emotional support, and health coaching — all through fun, engaging conversations, games, songs, and stories.

This is more than just a job — it's a chance to make a real difference in people's lives while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do:

  • Role-play as a virtual pet with a unique personality and memory.
  • Chat with clients in real-time, offering companionship and encouragement.
  • Send health reminders and educational messages using our software.
  • Spark joy through games, music, and storytelling.
  • Support individuals who may be facing loneliness, mental health challenges, or disabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with great grammar and typing skills (45+ WPM).
  • A positive, empathetic attitude and strong social skills.
  • Comfort with American culture, slang, and etiquette.
  • Tech-savvy with a reliable computer, webcam, and internet connection.
  • Based in the Philippines (preferred for time zone and culture fit).
  • Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, caregiving, or with older adults.

Tech Requirements:

  • Windows or Mac computer with admin access
  • Reliable broadband internet
  • Webcam, microphone, and external mouse
  • Screen resolution of at least 1366x768

Schedule & Pay:

  • Start part-time, with the opportunity to grow to 40–60 hrs/week.
  • Fixed 9-hour shifts on recurring schedules (Sun/Mon, Tue–Thu, Fri/Sat).
  • Starting pay: $3.00/hr USD for fluent English speakers.
