Remote Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist customers with booking appointments, service questions, and basic support needs
  • Follow client-provided scripts and instructions
  • Document call notes and update simple CRM records
  • Conduct follow-up calls when necessary
  • Escalate complex issues to management
  • Maintain a consistent customer service standard across all interactions

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (neutral or North American-accent English preferred)
  • Prior BPO, call center, or customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Stable home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended)
  • Quiet work environment suitable for taking calls
  • Computer or smartphone with a quality headset
  • Professional attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to follow detailed instructions and client policies

Schedule

  • Shifts follow North American business hours (US/Canada)
  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Fixed weekly schedule
