Supersam is urgently looking for candidates for the following positions below. Multiple full-time positions available.

SERVERS / HOSTS

Responsibilities:

- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.

- Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make menu recommendations you genuinely 

  feel your guests will enjoy the food.

- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, 

  and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.

- Recognize and learn the names of regular guests.

DISPATCHERS

Responsibilities: 

- Set pace and manage the flow in the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared efficiently and delivered on time.

- Facilitate the smooth and timely transfer of orders from waitstaff to the kitchen. Verify accuracy and 

  presentation of dishes.

- Assist in final dish preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation.

- Deliver items to customers, verify orders, manage inventory, and arrange transportation.

- Inspect food items, dishes, and ingredients to ensure they meet the restaurant's quality standards.

BARTENDERS/BARISTAS

- Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a bartende/Baristar.

Responsibilities: 

- Knowledgeable in mixing drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and different coffee flavors.

- With proper training/certifications in bartending, food safety, and sanitation.

- Customer service oriented.

- Willing to follow a schedule based on operations requirement.

- Trustworthy, hardworking and committed.

STEWARD

Responsibilities: 

- Ensures the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the kitchen at all times by adhering to the sanitation guidelines.

- Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation.

- Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized.

- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

QUALIFICATIONS (APPLIES TO ALL JOB VACANCIES ABOVE)

- Amenable to work at Greenhills, San Juan and/or Quezon City.

- Good communication and multi-tasking skills.

- Can work under minimal supervision.

- Is diligent, proactive, and efficient.

- Is able to work well in a team.
