Urgent Waiter

Job description:

Education & Experience:

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food & beverage is a plus
• Prior experience as a bartender is an advantage

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good memory and attention to detail, especially in taking orders and serving correctly
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle alcohol responsibly and follow local laws and regulations (for bartenders)

Physical Requirements:

• Physically fit; able to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays or drinks for long hours
• Neat and presentable appearance at all times
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Personal Attributes:

• Courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Punctual and reliable

For Bartenders Specifically:

• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper mixing techniques
• Ability to responsibly serve alcohol and monitor guest intoxication
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TESDA NCII in Bartending or local alcohol server training) is a plus
