The Bartender is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Greet customers, take beverage orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor customer behavior and take action to prevent overconsumption
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for hotel guests and restaurant patrons
  • Suggest drinks and food pairings
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service
  • Maintain accurate inventory of liquor and supplies
  • Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and state liquor regulations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or RBS) preferred
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We're looking for an energetic, personable bartender to join our team You'll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping the bar clean and stocked. Must have previous bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. Evening and weekend shifts required
