Scope of Duties and ResponsibilitiesBarista / Bartender

  • Prepare all beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
  • Refill and stock beverage supplies

Cashier

  • Accurately process orders using the POS system
  • Ensure correct handling of payments and cash
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper drawer count

Server / Customer Assistance

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders
  • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • Address basic concerns and inform manager if needed

Cleaning / Bussing / Support

  • Clean and reset tables, maintain FOH cleanliness
  • Wash dishes or glassware as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing duties

Inventory / Restocking

  • Participate in weekly inventory checks
  • Restock supplies and ensure availability of utensils, condiments, and disposables

Work Expectations

  • Arrive on time and prepared for shift
  • Be proactive and responsive to customer needs
  • Maintain hygiene and follow food safety protocols
  • Be flexible with tasks and willing to help where needed
  • Follow all company procedures and policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php10, Php11,000.00 per month
