Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining seasonal drink menus (both coffee and cocktail-based).
  • Prepare and serve basic cocktails and mixed drinks (e.g., highballs, spritzers, signature coffee-based cocktails).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and bar area.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portioning of beverages.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers.
  • Educate customers about coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, liquors, and bar supplies; coordinate with management for restocking.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Support team members in daily operations, including cashiering, bussing tables, and cleaning.
