  1. Greets guests with a friendly smile and escorts them to their table promptly.

  2. Presents the menu clearly and provides recommendations based on guest preferences.

  3. Takes orders accurately and inputs them into the POS system without delay.

  4. Serves food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and orderly manner.

  5. Checks tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and attends to any additional requests.

  6. Coordinates closely with kitchen and bar staff for order updates and special requests.

  7. Prepares the dining area before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.

  8. Handles billing and payments with honesty, accuracy, and efficiency.

  9. Ensures compliance with Joliant Restaurant safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

  10. Responds to guest feedback or complaints calmly and escalates when necessary.

  11. Participates in daily briefings, product knowledge sessions, and upselling activities.

  12. Maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude even during peak hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. College level preferably Hospitality Management or any F&B course.

  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in Filipino Casual Dine-in restaurant.

  3. Strong communication skills and a natural customer-first attitude

  4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  5. Know how to Suggestive Strategy and Sales Pitch

  6. Basic math skills for billing and payments

  7. Physically fit to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays or dishes

  8. Professional appearance, good grooming and hygiene

  9. Can work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

  10. A team player with integrity, patience, and attention to detail

  11. Can undergo cross-functional training and assist across FOH stations such as cashiering, dispatching, bartending or order-taking as needed

Job Type: Full-time
