6clicks is a modern, AI-powered governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform helping organisations and advisors streamline compliance, manage risk, and scale their programs with confidence. As we expand rapidly in North America, we're looking for a hands-on regional marketer to lead and execute campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline and partner momentum across the region.

Role summary

The regional campaign lead (North America) is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns for the North American market, with a strong focus on partner marketing and stakeholder management, campaign execution, content writing, and uncovering growth and demand opportunities.

You'll be the go-to owner for North America campaigns: turning global narratives and go-to-market plays into locally resonant programs, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders, and delivering content and initiatives that generate and accelerate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

1. Regional campaign strategy and execution

  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, webinars, events, partner programs, outbound plays) for the North American region.

  • Localise and adapt global campaigns, messaging and offers to fit North American buyer needs, industries and segments.

  • Build and maintain a regional campaign calendar aligned with global marketing, product launches and sales priorities.

  • Own end-to-end execution for regional campaigns: briefs, timelines, asset coordination, QA, launch and follow-up.

2. Partner marketing and stakeholder management

  • Collaborate with partners (for example advisory firms, resellers, technology partners) on joint campaigns, webinars, content and enablement initiatives for North America.

  • Coordinate with sales, SDRs, product marketing and global marketing to align on targets, messaging and follow-up motions for regional campaigns.

  • Manage expectations, communication and feedback loops with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity on goals, plans and results.

  • Support partner onboarding and activation by contributing to playbooks, email sequences and "campaign-in-a-box" style assets tailored for the region.

3. Content writing and messaging

  • Write and edit clear, compelling campaign copy for emails, landing pages, ads, partner co-marketing, event and webinar promotions, and nurture flows.

  • Help shape and localise messaging and proof points for North America while maintaining consistency with the 6clicks brand and global narrative.

  • Brief and collaborate with designers and external vendors or agencies (where needed) to bring regional campaigns and content to life.

4. Growth and demand generation

  • Identify and test growth opportunities in the region – new channels, partner plays, events, audiences or content angles that can drive incremental demand.

  • Work closely with sales and Sales teams to ensure lead handling, sequences and follow-up are aligned with your campaigns and partner activities.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline influence, partner engagement) and recommend optimisation actions.

  • Feed insights from the North American market back into global go-to-market and campaign planning, helping refine our broader approach.

About you

Must-haves

  • 5–7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology, with experience running integrated campaigns.

  • Demonstrated experience in regional campaign management or demand generation for North America.

  • Strong content writing skills: confident drafting campaign emails, landing page copy, partner blurbs and webinar or event promotions.

  • Experience working with or alongside partners (advisory, channel, tech or alliances) in a marketing capacity.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills – you can align sales, partners and global marketing, and keep projects moving.

  • Data-aware mindset: comfortable working with campaign metrics and drawing practical conclusions.

  • Highly organised, proactive and execution-focused, with a bias towards getting things done end to end.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk or compliance markets.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and paid media platforms.

  • Experience working in a global marketing team, balancing global direction with regional needs.

What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
  • A clear, well-communicated North America campaign calendar is in place and executed reliably.

  • Partners and internal stakeholders view you as the regional owner for campaigns and marketing execution in North America.

  • Campaigns consistently drive qualified leads, opportunities and partner engagement in the region.

  • You've launched and iterated on a set of growth experiments that show measurable impact on demand.

  • Insights from your regional campaigns are clearly informing global marketing and go-to-market planning.
