WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Extract and analyse member data from PMS and Cloudbeds to uncover demographics, behavioural trends, and stay patterns.
- Build and maintain member personas by region and property type to inform perks, communications, and content strategies.
- Develop and maintain brand dashboards tracking UGC, social media, email, referral, and offline campaigns.
- Conduct competitor performance tracking to benchmark brand visibility, engagement, and pricing trends against key market players.
- Generate monthly insight reports summarising member activity, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support ad hoc data requests for presentations, investor decks, and campaign analyses.
- Partner with regional brand and local marketing teams to translate insights into actions, driving engagement and retention.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (internships considered).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic dashboards).
- Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Cloudbeds) preferred.
- Exposure to or quick learner in data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Ability to conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis using publicly available data and social metrics.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and curious about member behaviour, engagement, and market positioning.
