Job Summary:

The Regional Manager (Activations) leads and oversees the planning, execution, and performance of brand activations across the assigned region. This role ensures that activation campaigns deliver maximum consumer engagement, achieve business objectives, and maintain brand consistency while managing teams and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional activation strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing goals and brand standards.
  • Oversee multiple activation projects across stores, events, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Activation Managers, Coordinators, and field staff.
  • Monitor regional campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage regional budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements during on-ground activations.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand activations and regional growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional role.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
