Role Description
Lead agency growth and performance across Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. You will translate corporate targets into executable field plans, recruit and develop agency leaders, run go‑to‑market plays, enable the sales force with training and tools, and use data to drive forecasting and corrective action. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people development, operations, and commercial accountability.
Duties Functions and Responsibilities
- Own regional sales targets and translate corporate goals into clear monthly and weekly plans, activities, and scorecards.
- Identify, recruit, accredit, and fast‑track agency leaders and high‑potential producers to expand distribution capacity.
- Implement recruitment campaigns, product launches, bundle plays, and priority lead allocation to maximize conversion and production.
- Coordinate product trainings, sales tools, scripts, and role‑play workshops with Training and Product teams to raise selling capability and consistency.
- Monitor dashboards (applications, issued policies, first premium, persistency); produce weekly and monthly forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable remediation plans.
- Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, ride‑alongs, and clinics; set KPIs, manage performance improvement plans, and run recognition programs.
- Work with Operations, Underwriting, and Compliance to resolve accreditation and case processing bottlenecks and ensure submission quality.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for internal stakeholders and represent field needs in leadership forums.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or field leadership within life insurance or financial services, with regional/district responsibility preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, scaling teams, and meeting regional sales targets.
- Strong people‑development skills with experience running training, coaching, and performance programs.
- Comfortable with targets, forecasting, and using data to prioritize actions.
- Familiarity with accreditation/licensing processes, case submission workflows, and commission mechanics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Luzon and work flexible field hours.
