Position: Campaign Specialist

Location: Manila (remote/hybrid)

The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Campaign Specialist to drive our campaigns and shape the future of influencer marketing. In this role, you'll negotiate with influencers, overseeing our content creator partnerships, while working closely with our brand managers to deliver exceptional results for our world-class brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Support brand managers in developing creator strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Source, research, and vet relevant content creators across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Ensure creator content meets brand guidelines and campaign requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of social media & content creator ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing or content creator partnerships
  • History of exceeding sales and performance targets
