The Campaign Specialist is responsible for managing campaigns involving influencers and ensuring all deliverables are met. They work under the supervision of senior team members, managing day-to-day operations and influencer outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Identification & Outreach:

  • Research and identify suitable influencers across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) globally, aligned with client campaigns.

  • Initiate contact, negotiate terms, and onboard influencers for campaigns.

  • Campaign Coordination:

  • Ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating with influencers and internal stakeholders.

  • Track campaign milestones and deadlines to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Content Oversight:

  • Brief influencers on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and creative direction.

  • Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand messaging, creative objectives, and campaign goals before publishing.

  • Content Style Advisory & Adherence:

  • Provide influencers with specific guidance on content style, tone, and format based on campaign objectives.

  • Ensure all influencer-generated content adheres to brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and legal regulations.

  • Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and document campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Provide regular updates to senior team members and clients.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and payments.

  • Manage tools and databases for campaign tracking and reporting.

  • Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with Campaign Managers to support the delivery of campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

  • Provide coverage for teammates when they are on leave to maintain smooth campaign operations.

  • Client Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the Campaign Manager to provide clients with regular, clear, and comprehensive updates on campaign progress. Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, fostering client satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
