Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant training programs in IT are also acceptable.
  • Certifications demonstrating technical expertise in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or healthcare IT systems are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideally within a healthcare clinic, hospital, or medical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively support end-users, manage workloads, and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff.
  • Knowledge or experience with emerging technologies, such as AI, telemedicine platforms, or healthcare-specific IT tools, is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve user-reported issues to enhance the end-user experience.
  • System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular maintenance and monitor company-wide systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent disruptions.
  • Network and Infrastructure Management: Manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT network and related infrastructure.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT operations and issues, and report directly to management with recommendations for improvements.
  • Security and Compliance: Protect organizational systems and data from security threats while ensuring adherence to IT policies and regulatory requirements.
