Management Trainees

Job Summary

PharmaServ is looking for Management Trainees who aspire to become future leaders of the organization. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the business through hands-on exposure across multiple departments, direct mentorship from senior leaders, and close collaboration with the President.

The Management Trainee will support the President in various strategic and operational initiatives, assist in executive engagements, and participate in projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable to change, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the President in day-to-day operations, meetings, and business engagements.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in project management, coordination, and follow-through of company initiatives.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and correspondence for the President's office.
• Represent the company in certain business functions or field activities when needed.
• Be involved in special assignments or cross-functional projects as directed by the President.
• Travel to various locations as part of business or operational immersion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience.
• Graduates from UP, Ateneo, De La Salle University, or UST are strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Willing to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments.
