Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and drive successful delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience in software implementation and infrastructure projects. This role requires a highly self-managed individual with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to plan, manage, and execute project delivery effectively.
  • Oversee and manage software implementation and infrastructure projects, ensuring high quality and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to address issues.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
  • Ensure effective resource management, team alignment, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously improve delivery practices and frameworks for enhanced project performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6–8 years of proven IT Project Management experience within software and infrastructure domains.
  • Agile certification (e.g. ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is required.
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end delivery of real-world software implementation and infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-managed capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in working with distributed or cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level and experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
