Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in procurement and ERP systems to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading business process analysis and optimization across finance-related domains, especially procurement and disbursement. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with SAP replacement or ERP upgrade projects and the ability to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and develop "as-is" and "to-be" models for procurement and disbursement workflows.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system design and technical specifications.
  • Drive and support ERP implementation or upgrade projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Create dashboards, analytics, and performance reports to enhance business visibility and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Document requirements, process flows, and training materials for end-users.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to procurement, finance, or ERP system implementation projects.
  • Proven background in Procurement with a strong understanding of financial processes (procurement, disbursement, financial planning).
  • Relevant experience with at least one of the following systems:
  • Ariba
  • SAP Procurement
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Oracle Fusion
  • Oracle NetSuite
  • SAP Grow
  • Hands-on experience in ERP replacement or upgrade projects (e.g., SAP or similar).
  • Solid experience in business process optimization, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
