Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Management
  • Category Building:

a. Accountable for category sales achievement.

b. Ensure 100% customer service level.

c. Ensure that Waltermart corporate standards are implemented across all locations.

d. Oversee safety and sanitation of the category.

e. Implement first to expire, first out (FEFO) system.

f. Manage bad order items.

g. Ensure timely and accurate execution of corporate promotions and marketing strategies.

h. Ensure shelf tags are updated and in line with corporate guidelines.

  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for the assigned category across all locations.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers across multiple locations within the assigned region.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, inventory status, and customer service levels to corporate management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in store management and operations within retail or food establishments.
  • Ability to work with and report to corporate management and align with company-wide goals.
