  • Conduct a pre-shift building inspection around the restaurant before work begins, followed by a brief team meeting with shift colleagues to assign tasks.
  • Check staff appearance: ensure nails are neatly trimmed., attire is appropriate, hair is short and tidy, and beards are shaved.
  • Verify daily attendance and note any tardiness.
  • Address mistakes made the previous day and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Assign dedicated mentors for new employees, or have team leaders provide guidance if available.
  • Assign responsibilities and designated work areas.
  • Weekly reports must document deep cleaning of chairs, tables, air conditioners, and other equipment, noting completion times.
  • Clean from exterior to interior during each session, documenting areas requiring replenishment or additional cleaning.
  • Night shift team leaders must inventory supplies. If any item falls below 2 units or 2 bottles, report required purchases.
