
Regional Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise and oversees the team / area and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives
- Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates
- Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates
- Provides direction and guidance
- Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates
- Recommends personnel action/movement
- Interviews prospective employees for the branch and recommends hiring
- Conducts job orientation and technical trainings
- Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development
- Issues and implements disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate Superior
- Monitors daily sales production of assigned region.
- Assists Area Manager in managing all aspects of sales in the area and assures that everything runs according to the direction of the Management.
- Evaluates the performance in terms of sales and its employees' performance to ensure targets and commitments are attained.
- Review and approves the quotation prepares by sales associate and monitors issuance of policies.
- Coordinates with Branch Manager, Dealer and other clients regarding with pending quotations.
- Monitors the schedule of all Sales Associates.
- Schedule and monitor weekly field visit and saturation drive per area.
- Prepares list of clients needs to prioritize the visit on the following month.
- Conducts initial review of sales report and ensures completion of working documents every month end.
- Facilitate weekly meeting with the Team to ensure area's performance are doing well.
- Handles inquiries or concerns of all clients.
- Reports regularly the performance of assigned region to the immediate superior.
- Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- Preferably with degree in Business Management or other related course.
- With at least two (2) years work experience in a non-life insurance industry, six (6) months of which is in a supervisory level.
- Has excellent management skills, communication skills (both written and oral), decision-making skills, problem- solving skills and people skills
- Must be a strategist, assertive, innovative and analytical
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Computer-proficient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
