  • Sales Leadership:Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, including recruiting, training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Budgeting:Prepare and manage annual budgets to meet financial objectives and track performance against goals.
  • Client Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as product development and public relations, to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis:Analyze sales and marketing data and market trends to forecast future sales, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report on progress to senior leadership.
