Position: Sales Account Manager

  • Location: Full Onsite in San Antonio, Pasig
  • Company: H2 Software Consulting Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met effectively
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and status tracking for assigned accounts
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent client service
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City
