Ortigas, Philippines Lhoopa Inc. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Overview:

Lhoopa is seeking a senior sales executive to lead the nationwide commercialization of its property portfolio through a high-performing broker and agent partner network. Lhoopa's model relies on enabling, scaling, and optimizing third-party sales channels to achieve consistent property turnover at scale. This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for architecting Lhoopa's broker strategy, driving regional performance, and building the internal capabilities and external relationships needed to deliver on ambitious growth targets. The VP will define and execute the national sales strategy, expand the partner base, lead a data-driven sales organization, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across the entire property lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of Lhoopa's national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market realities, and regional performance metrics.

  • Build a structured sales funnel across geographies, track performance rigorously, and continuously optimize for volume, speed, and conversion.

  • Translate high-level growth targets into operational plans and accountability frameworks.

Broker Network Expansion & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a nationwide network of broker partners and agents, ensuring deep market coverage and performance consistency.

  • Design and implement partner segmentation, tiering, and engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and performance incentives.

Sales Operations & Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales operations team that supports partner success, improves funnel throughput, and ensures execution discipline.

  • Deploy the right tools and playbooks to support visibility, forecasting, and conversion at scale.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and performance within the team and across the partner network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work in close coordination with the Acquisition, Pre-Construction & Construction (P&C), and Account Management (AM) teams to ensure property inventory, handover readiness, and post-sale service align with field activity and broker needs.

  • Partner with Marketing to drive campaigns, activations, and lead generation strategies that boost broker performance and regional traction.

  • Provide structured feedback from brokers and buyers to inform pricing, go- to-market, and product decisions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Own sales reporting and analytics, providing regular dashboards and strategic insights to senior leadership.

  • Lead competitor and market benchmarking efforts to ensure Lhoopa stays ahead of evolving trends and buyer behaviors.

  • Continuously refine Lhoopa's partner model and sales execution playbook based on performance data and field insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, channel development, or network management—preferably in high-growth, distributed environments.

  • Proven track record in building and scaling a performance-driven network of external partners (e.g., brokers, agents, distributors, or franchisees).

  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus but not required —backgrounds in industries such as fintech, insurance, telco, or consumer services are also welcome.

  • Strong operational mindset and ability to translate business strategy into field-level action and measurable outcomes.

  • Data-driven approach to performance tracking and continuous optimization.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills — comfortable engaging partners in the field and influencing internal cross-functional teams.

  • High adaptability, entrepreneurial drive, and execution focus in fast-paced, evolving environments.
